Each PrinterOn-enabled printer has a unique email address assigned to it. Users are able to send print jobs from their smartphones, tablets or laptops by simply sending an email with attachment to the email address of any PrinterOn-enabled printer. After submission, a secure release code is sent to the user. Documents are not released until the user enters the release code on the keypad at the printer which keeps print jobs private.
