There are three ways you can print from your laptop - via email, uploading your document to a web printing portal or using the PrintWhere driver from within an application.
1. Email Printing
Each PrinterOn-enabled printer is assigned a unique email address. Simply send or forward an email with attachment to this address...that's it!
1. Send or forward email with attachment to the specific email address of the printer you would like to use
2. You will receive an email back with a secure release code
3. Enter this code on the keypad at the printer to release your documents

2. Web Printing
Each PrinterOn-enabled printer has an associated Printing Portal that you can use to upload and print documents from your Wi-Fi enabled or Internet connected tablet.
1. Open your browser and enter the portal URL you would like to use. If you don't know the URL, search the PrinterOn directory
2. Follow the directions for uploading your document
3. After submitting your document you will receive an email back that contains a secure release code
4. Enter this code on the keypad located at the printer to release your prints

3. PrintWhere Driver
You can also choose to use the PrintWhere driver to print directly from within any application.
1. Download the PrintWhere driver
2. From within any application choose File>Print
3. Select "Properties"
4. Click "Find a Printer"
5. Search for a printer by keyword ex. city, street, organization
6. Select the printer you want to use, click OK (you may be prompted to download a plug-in)
7. Confirm selection and click "Select"
8. The printer will now be added to your printer list
9. Print your document
