1. Submission
An enterprise user can submit documents 4 ways:
- Mobile printing apps
- Web upload
- PrintWhere driver
2. Authorization
User authorization provided by integrations with LDAP/AD (Active Directory) or PrinterOn managed ACL (Access Control List). Authentication manages both printer discovery and document submission
3. Processing
Documents are processed and converted securely by your Private Cloud. PrinterOn's content based format recognition ensures reliable processing, built in compression, improved efficiency and encryption provides additional security
4. Printing
Encrypted documents are collected by Print Delivery Station where they wait for a user to release their print jobs. PrinterOn's Print Delivery Hub allows printers located in remote networks to be easily connected to your private cloud. When integrated with a Print Management solution, PrinterOn Enterprise can be extended to provide proximity card and/or billing support as well as Follow-Me print capabilities. PrinterOn Enterprise integrates with most print management solutions
