How Does it Work?

The PrinterOn Home Solution uses the unique email address of your printer that is created during the account set-up process to send documents to your printer. You can send documents from any Wi-Fi or Internet connected smartphone, tablet or laptop that is running an email application.

  1. Documents are emailed from a smartphone, tablet or laptop to your printer’s unique email address
  2. Documents go to the PrinterOn Cloud for processing
  3. Documents are collected by the PrinterOn PDS (Print Delivery Station) software on your PC where it is released to your printer
  4. Documents are printed
