1. Users of PrinterOn Enterprise for Education can submit documents for printing in 3 ways:

• Intranet Web Portal - Documents can be uploaded to the portal, printers chosen and print options selected
• PrintWhere Driver - documents can be printed directly from within applications using the driver
• Email - documents can be emailed from smartphones, tablets and laptops (no LDAP authentication for this method)

2.  Students are challenged to enter a login ID or name for LDAP authentication and the job is approved for printing.

3. The document goes through a print management application if installed.

4. The document is ready to be released. There are a few different configurations for release stations depending on deployment:

• Print Delivery Station - A release code is entered at a desktop PC connected to a printer
