How to Print
1. Log in to the Web Portal
- Go to the printing portal that the school uses for printing (this can usually be accessed through the school's website or there will be instructions near the printer you wish to use)
- Enter your Login ID and password which is equivalent to your assigned student ID and password
2. Choose a Printer

- A list of available printers is displayed
- Click the printer you would like to use
3. Select Your Document for Upload
- Browse to the document that you would like to print
- Enter number of copies and page range and click Submit
- Another window will come up where you can choose your Page Setup options
- Click Continue
4. The Printing Process
- Your document will now go through the printing process
- You will be asked to approve the print job before it actually prints, this allows you to see the possible costs associated with the print job and offers a chance to cancel it
5. Printing Complete
- The printing process is now complete and you can pick up your print job
- Where applicable, users will be charged for printing. (PrinterOn is compatible with most print management/cost recovery systems)
