PrintSpots - How users print
Go to www.printspots.com and the AutoFind feature will show which printers are available on the network, or you can search for a printer.

At the PrintSpot web page, upload your document or enter a web page address.
To print your email and any attachments, simply forward the message to
<printerID>@printspots.com*
You will be sent an email for the message and each printable attachment, containing instructions for retrieving your document (usually including a confidential release code that you will need to provide before your document is printed).
Every printer has a unique text name and corresponding 12-digit number. Use either the name or the last 9 digits of the number. For example, hotelname-city-buscenter@printspots.com or 458002341@printspots.com.

Release your document to the printer |

The print job is sent to the release station for you to securely and privately release the document to the printer. Your release station may be a web page interface on a nearby computer, or a keypad device. |

Pick up your document |

Your document is released to the printer for you or the service operator to pick up.

* The Printer ID for email printing will be posted on the printer, if you are in the proximity of the printer, or you can find it when you click Details for this printer on the Guest Printing web page. If you are searching the PrinterOn Directory, the Printer ID is displayed in the search results.
