Angus Cunningham - CEO & President

Angus-CunninghamAngus Cunningham, CEO & President, is also a member of PrinterOn’s Board. He is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years of experience in the technology industry. He started with PrinterOn in 1997 as the Chief Financial Officer and was appointed CEO by the board in 2007.

In addition to his strong financial background he has significant experience in both operational and corporate roles throughout his career. Before joining PrinterOn Angus was Controller and Director of Finance at SwitchView Inc., a provider of telecom management software solutions to Northern Telecom phone switches, where he played a key role in two private placements used to fund the operations of the company, as well as controlling all day to day financial and administrative activities of the company. Prior to SwitchView he was employed at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, in the position of Audit Manager where he gained extensive exposure to accounting, tax and finance activities in a very broad range of industries.

Angus holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and obtained his Chartered Accountants designation in 1987 during his employment at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants.


Ken Noreikis - Vice President Sales & Marketing

Ken-NoreikisKen Noreikis is a senior sales executive with 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology industry. He started with Spicer and PrinterOn in 2006 as Vice President Sales and Marketing for both divisions with overall responsibility for revenue, market and product strategy.

In addition to his strong sales and marketing experience, he has significant experience managing cross-functional teams focused on go-to-market strategy, product management and product development. Ken is currently responsible for sales, marketing, product management and product development.


Michael St. Laurent - Chief Technology Officer

Michael-St. LaurentMike St. Laurent is responsible for Product Management and has been key in innovation, design and development with PrinterOn’s R&D for 12 years.

Since joining PrinterOn Mike has been central to development and growth of the company. He has provided a long term stable vision for PrinterOn's cloud-printing solution. Through changing market needs and conditions he has been responsible for maintaining a consistent product and development strategy and overall direction for the PrinterOn development team. He has leveraged his considerable experience of the cloud printing market to ensure that PrinterOn has maintained its position as a market and technology leader. His understanding of the needs of the market and the key participants has helped in developing strong partnerships and unique products and services.

Mike completed his degree in Computer Science at the University of Guelph in 2000 and joined PrinterOn as a software developer after graduation.


Margaret Ritchie - Chief Financial Officer


Margaret Ritchie is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience in the technology industry. She started with PrinterOn in 2001 and has overall responsibility for the accounting department, the production of financial statements, tax compliance and systems control. Margaret’s strong financial background includes eleven years with Ernst & Young, the majority of that as Manager in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services Unit on technology based teams, responsible for planning and controlling multiple audit and accounting assignments, managing and training staff.

Margaret holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation during her employment at Ernst & Young.


Tom Barber - Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

tombarberTom is a veteran of the mobile, wireless, and networking industries and has spent the majority of his career in tech companies making contributions in sales, marketing, business development, and product management roles during their rapid growth stages. Results included an IPO for Peak Technologies, acquisition of FORE Systems by Marconi PLC, and acquisition of ArrowPoint Communications by Cisco Systems. Tom's main value add is to grow business by "mainstreaming" new technologies into enterprise customers through application of scalable processes for demand creation, partner ecosystem creation and management, and product management.

Tom holds a degree in Industrial Management with Industrial Engineering minor from Purdue University and is a certified Consultant and Administrator. He resides in the Chicago area.
